No crank after manual swap

I’ve recently completed a manual swap on my 2017 nd miata and I’ve got all of the modules in and all the components and everything is ready to fire up and drive but there’s one issue it won’t crank over, all the electronics work and what not, pulled my codes and I’ve got a p1260, I’m thinking I need to change out my gauge cluster because that’s the only thing I haven’t swapped over and everytime I power it on it says “AT Transmission Failure” any feedback would be greatly appreciated
