Symptoms for years - I am losing my mind

I‘ve been dealing with a bunch of symptoms for a while now and no doctor has been able to help me. If anyone has any insight, please let me know. I‘m thankful for every pointer you might have. I genuinely feel like I‘m losing my mind. 💔

My symptoms:

-Bad smell (10+ years) that goes away with lactic acid suppositories, but immediately comes back once I stop -Intense itching (2 years) -Dryness (2 years). This was neeeever an issue before and is so uncomfortable -Pain during sex (forever), it always feels way too tight and hurts/burns. Can‘t even use tampons -Constantly having to pee (4-5 months. I‘m not diabetic.) -Cycle changes. My cycle used to be VERY regular. 28 days. Then it was suddenly 27. Then 26. Now I sometimes spot for a week before getting my period. Then once my period is over, a few days later I start spotting again.

What I got tested for:

-Everything under the sun. All tests always come back negative -Biopsy for Lichen Sclerosus. I have no fusing, no white spots and the biopsy came back negative. They said it might still be LS, but how if even the biopsy came back negative?

What I‘m using:

-Clob, 1x a day -Ointment/moisturizer -And as soon as my prescription is ready, I will also be using estrogen cream
