Blood In Stool (Again)

This morning i had some blood in my stool, small amount, id say around 5 drops or so, darker in color.

Last year i passed a small amount of blood (one time) and went had had a colonoscopy, and endoscopy on my stomach. I was also having abdominal pain and passing some mucus. Everything came back good, Doctor found a couple internal hemorrhoids and he thought that may have been what bled.

Should I go ahead and schedule another appointment? I've lost about 15lbs since my last appointment a year ago, it wasn't exactly intentional but I attributed it to eating less, eating a bit healthier and being more active.

40yr old, 5'7" 180lb male here.
