DnD getaway Ideas

5th Edition

I have a cottage in Michigan I'm looking to develop into a DnD retreat. It's on a wooded lot with an antique wood burner, chalet ceilings and a rad loft. It feels like it ought to be a fantasy cottage and I want to host DnD players with their campaigns or one-shots. My question is how often would someone want to have a third party DM? Would you rather DM your own campaigns with your own supplies or have an immersive one-shot experience with party favors and props? I'm not looking to DM all day, but wondering if people would prefer to have the option if they were booking a DnD weekend with friends?
