ipad a16 or 10th gen for review?

hii i’m currently reviewing for the boards and thinking of getting an ipad to help with studying. i have a laptop but i find it hard to keep up with our lecturers kasi most of them use powerpoint so ang hirap pag mag write ng notes and switch slides during discussions.

im thinking of getting either the ipad a16 or 10th gen but im not sure which one makes more sense if ill only need it until november. orrr should i just get a secondhand ipad?? would love to hear your thoughts!!
