importing media into Radarr from other share.

I started out following Spaceinvaders structure
-Media
--Movies
--TV

And i have moved over to Trashguides

-Data
--media
---Movies
---TV
--torrents
---Movies
---Tv

I have a lot of media on the media share in the movies folder with folders of movies "movieName.2001.NORDiC.1080p.BluRay.x264-RAPiDCOWS". I can move them to the new share with Krusader. But how do i go about importing them into Radarr having Radarr renaming them and putting them into media->Movies folder.
