Cursed Captain is one of those characters that has huge damage boost from Ascension power, sadly it takes so long to activate (36 secons CD + few seconds to activate) that in most cases Titans are long dead before we activate it. Can be helpfull if you push super deep tho, when fight with Titans can last more than a minute each. While Captain has access to interesting Projectile stack skill, unfortunately its much harder to get a lot of Dazed stacks than Bleed stacks, so I went with generic skill Shrapnel Bomb instead. This build is kinda RNG as it heavily relies on Skill Chains, if you get "bad RNG" you might have trouble killing 14 Titans. The build can also feel quite weak early on before we get few Titan passives.

Shrapnel Bomb - Our main damage dealer. Deals extra damage for each Bleed stack on a target, so we try to apply as many of them as possible.
Cannon Barrage - Decent Bleed stacks generator thanks to shooting 4 bombs and low CD. Source of Disoriented to increase Crit Damage. Second Bomb skill to unlock group upgrades for Bomb and Skill Chains
Camor's Arrow - Source of Fragility to increase Damage and for Fragility to Radiance synergy. First projectile skill
Spread Shot - Great Bleed stacks generator thanks to low CD and 10 projectiles. Source of Dazed to increase Crit Chance. Gives us extra Crit Damage thanks to Apptitude. Second Projectile skill for Skill Chains and upgrades to Non-Projectile skills
Bloody Saw - Great Bleed stacks generator thanks to fast attack rate
Flurry - Great Bleed stacks generator thanks to fast attack rate. Gives us a lot of extra Crit Chance thanks to Form.

Priority of passives:
Upgrades to Shrapnel Bomb are top priority, except AoE ones (that includes Damage/Crit to Non-Projectile). After that focus on Bleed on Hit (take green tier every time, take white tier when there is no green tier or higher of other DPS upgrade), Bleed on Crit and Disarray to Bleed upgrades. Take Skill Chains every time they appear, especially Projectiles to Bomb. For rest of the skills focus on Cast Frequency and Multicast, damage can be ignored.

For regular upgrades:
Top priority is Cast Frequency(you can even lock green tier Cast Frequency when you have spare locks), then Crit Chance, Crit Damage, Multicast, Damage and AoE at the end

For ultility upgrades :
Synergies - Ignore Bleed to Poison synergy, take Slow to Disarray once, Form to Haste synergy gives us extra speed so we can grab Leviathan from time to time. Apptitude to Prowess is nice to help reliably reaching 800 Prowess stacks, just Titan passive might not be enough

Prioritize extra EXP early on, banish it after reaching 200% extra
Banish Bleed Damage (we only care about amount of stacks, not their dmg)
Banish Disarray after taking White Tier and Green tier once
Banish Speed after reaching 200% extra
Banish Armor after 100 extra
Banish HP after reaching 400
Banish Damage to Projectile Skills
Banish Damage to Non-Bomb skills
Banish Crit Chance to Non-Bomb skills
Banish Slow on Hit
I decided to leave Block chance as upgrade I dont banish. You can instead lbanish it after reaching 50 extra and leave Speed, so you can negate the negative speed from Leviathan

Order of Titans and what to pick:
1st Lizard - All attacks have chance to apply Shattered
2nd Scorpion - All attacks have chance to apply Exposed
3rd Beetle - Whenever you apply Fragility, you have chance to gain Radiance
4th Twins - Gain Finesse whenever you proc Radiance
5th Void Hunter and Void King - +120% Cast Frequency/-20% AoE and Critical Strikes have chance to apply Wound
6th Scorpion - Extra damage cause based on amount of Bleed stacks
7th Beetle - Critical Strikes have chance to generate Apptitude
8th Scorpion - Extra damage cause based on amount of Bleed stacks
9th Twins - Whenever you apply Shattered, you have chance to gain Prowess
10th Scorpion - Extra damage cause based on amount of Bleed stacks
11th Beetle - +60% Crit Damage +50% Cast Frequency
12th Spider - Shoots slowing Nets after generating 35 Apptitude
13th Beetle - +60% Crit Damage +50% Cast Frequency
14th Spider - Easiest to kill this deep

Runes:
Minor - Pick two of the following, depending what you want to farm (Material Harvest - materials, Efficient Extraction - Void Essences (boss parts), Ardous Training - Prestige). For 3rd rune pick Endless Refill
Major - Vulnerable Exploit, Amplified Power, Fateful Strike, Frozen Blood

Only mandatory Major rune is Frozen Blood because it gives us access to Slow and Slow to Disarray, which is big boost to our damage. Other 3 runes can be changed to something else, but avoid runes with wording "Increase damage you cause" because we already have 150% extra from Blood Parasite.
