Reset a company computer

Hi all, so I have a Dell laptop sent to me by my company for my job, but my job recently shut down the whole company. As of Thursday, it doesn't exist anymore. My manager said I can keep the laptop, but I would like to do a factory reset to get rid of all the admin settings set by my job. I called the IT help desk but they can't do anything either because they don't have access to any of my company's accounts or admin passwords either. Does anyone have any advice for what I should do with this laptop so I can use it for personal use?
