27M-What should I invest in?

I just started my Roth IRA and I feel like I'm really late with it beung 27 years old and plan on controbuting $500 a month consistently after my student loan is payed off which would be this November. What should I invest in with how late I've gotten started and would love a "set and forget" due to life now getting more busy with my new job please? Absolutely open minded
