Non profit legal/ program assistant

Hello everyone! I recently got hired at a non profit immigration firm as a program assistant. I’m one month in, and I adore the work environment, everyone is so sweet and helpful! I was wondering if any experienced paras could give me some tips and tricks to be great at my role and learn fast? I don’t have any prior legal experience and learning all of the legal terminology is very overwhelming 😅 any help is appreciated!
