Help???

I’ve been emailing and trying to get in touch with financial aid at my school PVAMU for months tryna get my fall bill lowered down because they want $20,000 and only gave me 1 scholarship even though I am low income, first gen, and I’m an out of state student. They all are legit no help or give me the run around/don’t answer so what should I do? Or should I wait until move in day to go to the financial office and get answers/help?
