Marvel Rivals update/patch wont download(corrupt files)

So ive been spent 4 hours trying to download the new patch. i was in game and then i crashed and my computer restarted, i go to steam to find out there is a patch that needs to be downloaded. it would never downlad. ive tried :

uintalling/reinstalling steam

uninstalling marvel rivals

reseting every cache that i could

after all of this i sat and waited to redownload marvel rivals for 2 hours just to be met with (corrupt game files)
