I just realized something about the Death Eaters

So when Cedric and Harry are brought to the graveyard, and Voldemort is revived, he touches his wand to Peter’s arm on the Deatheater mark and summons the members.

I wonder what would happen if he was just hanging out scheming against Harry one day and he accidentally touched his wand to his wrist, like would he just say “Oh sorry guys buttdial” 💀
