I got fired for throwing up at work and going to urgent care. Do I have any options?

I was at 4.5 (due to situations out of my control) and recently I have become severely sick. I used two hours of ppto to go in late, and while working, I went to the restroom and threw up twice. One of which included a worrying amount of blood. My coach told me I can only keep my job if Sedgwick approves an LOA which they won't. I left work to go to urgent care and now I'm at 5 points. Do I have any options?
