Game crashes every time I go into the nether

So I am playing Minecraft on my ps5 (bedrock) and I have a pretty decently sized base and about 5 added free mods on the world( gravestone, furniture, phantom frames, inventory sorter, and uncrafting) the world is about 315 gigabytes and ever time I go into the nether my game crashes I’ve tried going further away from my base but nothing changes it still crashes and some times it lets me into the nether but after a couple steps it still crashes what do I do?
