Stuck between a drop for JEE or joining a Tier 3 college as a pcb student

Passed 12th pcb in 2024 , took a drop for neet couldn't get a seat this year around . Like should I take a drop for JEE this time around ? I am getting Btech CSE in a college but it is a bad college .
