Mokoto R0 5 star weapon vs R6 4 star weapon

I was planning on pulling for mokotos 5 star weapon, and I ended up getting enough copies of her 4 star weapon to get it to maximum refinement.

How much of a difference is there between her her 5 star and her 4 star at max refinement?
