TCC lost my application for respiratory care

I had been emailing a healthcare advisor about acceptance / rejection emails. They finally got back today. She said the emails were sent out mid July. I never received anything. I will now be paranoid in the future. Of course she had to forward my email to the someone else for additional answers, but WTF! Do better TCC.
