Cheapest restaurants for catering?

I am a Microsoft employee and I’ve been tasked with providing breakfast and lunch for about 30 Redmond based employees on $600.

This is my first time planning the food options for an official event so I’m still trying to figure out my best options for the Redmond area.

What are my best options?

I can also buy cheap breakfast from a grocery store and provide it.
