Possible traveler situation.

I work in EMS and on a lift assist this morning we had an apartment that had a mattress covered with bed bugs and clothes on the floor. I couldn’t see any on the floor but we lifted the patient up and were out within 2 minutes. I made sure not to touch anything more than I had to but I might have grazed some clothes on the way out. We went out to the truck and sprayed our boots off with bed bug spray and then got back immediately to shower. How likely is it I picked up some?
