How do you find the property address from a Notice of Default?

I’m wholesaling California and I’m pulling pre-foreclosure leads straight from the Recorder’s website by looking up Notice of Default filings. The issue is these docs only give me the owner’s name, doc number,but not the property address.

So right now my workflow is: 1. Pull the owner’s name from the NOD document 2. Go to the Assessor’s site to search by owner name 3. Try to match the name to a parcel and get the property address 4. Cross-check that with CyberBackgroundChecks or Zillow to verify and find numbers

It works… but it’s time-consuming especially when people own multiple properties or have common names.

Is there a better way to get the property address tied to a Notice of Default?
