Language change question

So from what i know the only way to change the language of the game is to deinstall and install it with that language. If i make a copy of my save files, and just copy paste them on the new installation (with new language) would everything work just as well?

Also, would there be issues if i play from 2 devices with different languages, while copy pasting save file. So i play on pc 1 with language a, copy my save file, move on pc 2 with language b, and paste it. Its so random but yeah i thought maybe someone would know.
