Electricity cut off just as my money was coming out of the atm

I was taking out 8k for my friend who said he was scared to use the atm and needed cash

It was a sbi card , money was just about to come out but light went off, idk why the fuck they don't have generators here , someone guide me out of this, and what's the assurity I'd get my money back
