Is long form content not likeable anymore?

I make tutorials for graphic design, and i've seen a difference in attention to video format. my long videos get around 4-10 views. I promote them on my community tab, random promo channels on discord, and i post my designs on pinterest and link them to my channel. i also link my long form videos to the shorts for more exposure. then, i post shorts, and i get around 1-2k without promotion at all, and my long videos still stay at the same 4-10 view range even after many days. so is long content dead or is my stuff just boring? (because im pretty sure graphic designing and tutorials isn't a popular topic..)
