Weakness of the AI argument

Something that I especially don’t understand about this fear about “AI recreations” resulting from the redacted info in the police report is that people could be making them already, right?

Trigg’s image along with the interior and exterior of their home are plastered all over social media and have been since long before this incident. People could already make AI recreations of Trigg’s drowning based on the information that’s available, and thankfully I haven’t seen anything like that. But I just don’t understand how information like exactly how long Trigg was left alone would increase the likelihood of AI recreations when people could just go by Brady’s timeline if they were so inclined.

Perhaps they have other reasons that they’ll cite, too, but this really feels like grasping at straws to me. I don’t want the security footage or any graphic images to be made public, but I genuinely feel like it’s too little too late to worry about AI recreations when she is the one who has made those recreations possible to begin with by sharing her home and her children with the public.

Do we all agree that this argument is a stretch? Or is there anything you can imagine the police report might reveal that could actually increase the likelihood of AI recreations?
