Seeking historic, charming hotel/B&B

Bonjour! Spending a long weekend in Rouen and would like to find a historic, charming hotel. I love the half-timbered and midieval architecture, and I just hate looking at hotels and seeing slick design inside and fake Andy Warhol paintings on the website.

Can anyone recommend a hotel that's as charming on the inside as on the outside?
