SVT question

Back in 2020 I started experiencing these episodes where my heart would just race and race and race, I had a hard time going up stairs or anything extraneous because I’d get dizzy and my heart would pound. Prior to this I do recall a few times in my teen years this would happen if I was in too hot of a shower, panic attack, stuff like that. I went to cardiology did all the things and they told me it looked like I was having some svt episodes but otherwise I’m fine. Anyways, I ended up going on Propranalol for the racing heart. Every once and a while I’ll have one in the morning before I can get Propranalol in my system (2 times a year) but I can always get it to come back down by holding my breath or laying down. The issue is I have all day long heart palpitations or flutters for years even while medicated. I just had another heart monitor done about 9 months ago and everything looked fine even though I was experiencing flutters. My psychiatrist put me on Vyvanse, I took 2 doses and stopped temporarily because I started reading things about you shouldn’t take it with SVT etc and I see cardiology on Thursday. I’m getting the whole work up again but will they temporarily take me off of my Propranalol for these tests or will they monitor how I’m doing on the medication?
