how much should i take?

hi! i've been on a long dxm break (like 2-3 months) and i'm planning to do it tonight. thing is, i read the guide every time but i feel like it's hard to tell what to do for different kinds of dxm still. my favorite time was my 3rd time (with less than a week between the first 2 times) which was 3oz delsym (534mg poly so 267mg hbr equivalent), but when i did robotabs i did 330mg and was SO scared & it was also lowkey an od attempt but i didn't realize it was that little lol 😭

but i bought some cvs brand dxm hbr pills- pack of 20 and 15mg each, so 300mg max. how much would you recommend to get to a similar high as the first time?

also to clarify im asking with the intent of harm reduction- i dont want to take too much that would make me tweak out again. thank you!! :3
