When to use spray primer

So I’m wanting to start priming my minis for the first time and I’ve seen that you want a humidity level between 40%-60% and for the next week or so where I’m at it’s gonna be 70-78% humidity while being in the mid 70s. Am I able to use matte black primer in these conditions or do I need to wait a few weeks for priming? If it helps the dew points are low 60s
