genital warts question

hi! i (21m) have genital warts and just had a few questions. i got all 3 doses of the vaccine when i was a teen, so i dont think its strand 6 or 11…. but is it worth worrying about what strand it is? i only had like 4/5 small warts the first time (had cyro, most went away) and then had cyro again where most/all went away (cant tell if the few spots i see are reoccurrences or skin blemishes). is there anything i should do to be proactive about clearing the hpv from my system in terms of like. vitamins n stuff? any tips on how to prevent reoccurrences? thank u!
