Upgrade ideas for vch

I currently have a 12g 1/4 in curved barbell vch and a 10g half inch circular barbell triangle. I think that I want to try rings in both seamless for my vch and cbr for my triangle. Anyone have pics of a similar setup? Also considering up gauging as well 1 size to 10 and 8.

Anyone else have any ideas too?
