Connect your domain to Hostinger- How do I do that?

Hi I am with AWS (Amazon Web Services) but I wanted to transfer so paid for a packaged deal with Hostinger.

Got my domain back from a dead hosting site but need to fully connect with Hostinger. How do I deal with this?
