GPU thermals with undervolt.

Hey everyone,I got myself into a position where I am very conscious about thermals for some reason.I would just like to know if this is a stupid idea.Stuck between buying a MSI RTX 5070 VANGUARD SOC or a PALIT RTX 5070 TI GAMINGPRO.Do you think that undervolting the 5070 TI to match the 5070's performance would result in temps being the same as the 5070 or even lower?I know this is a stupid question so please don't tell me I'm stupid.(Keep in mind I can get both GPU's for the same price)
