Too many codes try agin later...

So I just changed phones and I've been logging in into my apps but I can't log-in into my Meta Horizons app. When i try to log-in, I put my Email, the password to the account but here comes the problem, when I try to authenticate via phone number it says "You've requested too many codes. Please try again later" and I don't know how to fix this or what to do! I've even tried to contact customer support, they said that they fixed it but apparently they didn't!!! Can somebody help me please???
