Loud Upstairs neighbors from sunup to sundown

Just moved into a beautiful apt. 2 months in. Im very familiar with apts, i have lived in many. Always been on second floors. Im also very understanding that I WILL hear noise. Im not expecting pure silence. What im experiencing is something i have never experienced in my entire life of apartment renting.

My neighbors upstairs (THE KIDS) are so loud its becoming unbearable. I can hear them running and stomping from one room to another. Banging hammers it sounds like. Scraping the walls. I can hear it all. It starts around 7am and lasts throughout the whole day. Mind you, i WFH and its very distracting when im trying to focus on work and feel like i have a jungle gym on top of my head. They usually wake me up and once im up, i cant fall back asleep. Its already pretty tough for me to sleep at this time bc im 6 months pregnant .. So i have to stay awake til my wfh shift starts and listen to their kids run back and forth and do flips across my apt. I’ve left a friendly note on their door. No change. Complained to the office, no change. I dont know what else to do. I dont want to bang on the ceiling because i dont want to be rude… but omg this is ridiculous. I also have kids and im very mindful of the people i have living below me. I dont allow running or horseplay in my home because i know the people underneath will hear. I just dont get it. As i’ve stated, I expect to hear noise, with me being on the second floor. But a lot of it is hear i feel can and should be avoided. I can even hear those kids screaming right above my office and computer. Its so annoying, i cant even hear my own kids noise but im hearing someone elses. Ugh. I just think to myself, “wtf are their parents doing while these kids run around all damn day” do they just not care or just not give a damn? Vent/Rant over.
