ReyLight on Amazon or AE?

My all-time favorite penlight - copper seigaiha Reylights Penlight - has been in my pocket every single day at work for the past two years. Indoors, in attics or nuke plants or basements or machine shops. Outdoors in the high heat and humidity of trenches or freezing my toes off at substations or doing polar solar.

I think it’s time to admit that it’s dead. Mr. Rey himself has very graciously been helping me by email for a while now, and nothing - not even a new tail switch - has fixed it.

Very very sad. I absolutely hate to have to find a new favorite literal through-thick-and-thin EDC. I would never even think to replace this guy, unless it was for something in the exact same form but in mokume.

It’s very hard to catch his copper penlight - it’s sold out everywhere. I might be willing to try the pineapple mini. But the replacement must be copper (or mokume) and must be 10440/10880, not 14500 size. Must be.

Unless anyone can point me to a mokume in this form factor, or a brand new Penlight in copper (preferably seigaiha) I guess my question is this:

I find a pineapple mini or pineapple or penlight on Amazon now and again. The price seems authentic (!), but the company is usually your normal random letter salad of drop-shippers. If the seller is not Reylights on Amazon or Ali Express, should I assume it’s a scam/fake/ripoff?
