Should Beast/Adam and Rapunzel be shown in their post movie looks instead of what they look like in their beginnings?

I kinda hate it that media still keeps Adam as the Beast and Rapunzel with long blonde hair since at the end of their movies, Beast becomes human!Adam and Rapunzel has short brown hair.
