I told my manager that her manager called me a buffoon for asking a “stupid” question. I’m new. And she defended her saying she’s just very black and white . I just don’t think is ever ok to fall someone stupid especially a new employee

Also the sale targets are so unrealistic and I don’t understand why they are setting us up to feel like what we we achieve is not enough?? 6months of probabtion and have to make 70 sales in that time. That’s 11 sales EVERY month when the average consultant makes 5 sales a month?? How are we the new ones supposed to do double this every month in order to pass????!

And we can’t ask questions without being called stupid or a bafoon in front of everyone.
