Plate Compatibility of Ruck Plate Carrier (Long)

Looking to purchase my first rucking bag and was leaning towards the Long ruck plate carrier.

Since I’m new I wanted to start with the 20lb yes4all plates but seems like their dimensions are smaller than Gorucks long plates. Does anyone have experience using a 20lb long yes4all plate in the long ruck plate carrier?
