Ticket ballot - payment

Hoping someone has had an answer - I've been successful in tickets in the ballot however had a load of bills come out of my account and so there wasn't enough money - what happens now? I tried ringing the ticket office but now answer.

Will they try and take payment again or am I scuppered?
