Story time on how my interviewer ended up getting the job

I was just telling my dad this story and now I can finally laugh at it since it’s been over a year:

So I interviewed with this company that specialized in finding jobs for post grad students. I honestly can’t remember what the role was but I do remember that I was severely underqualified for it lol.

Anyways, after the second round interview, I decided I didn’t wanna move forward with them since the interviewer gave me weird vibes and the company felt sketchy. Fast-forward about a week later, I check LinkedIn and the woman who was interviewing me for the position ended up getting the job💀

I remember being so confused but when I checked out their website closer, it seems as though it’s one of those companies that only hires from within. Such a waste of time, but there was a better offer out there for me anyways.
