birthday dinner etiquette with friends

Hello! I hope this isn’t a silly question. Normally when I hang out with my friends I will split the bill. I’ve invited about 3-4 friends to come for my birthday dinner at a restaurant. Since I’m the one who invited and is hosting, do I pay for all of them since I am the one who invited? Or do I just pay for myself?
