how do i get over the guilt?

Advice Needed

i’m in a very unique and fortunate position as a trans guy but it fills me with extreme guilt that genuinely destroys my life. i’m very lucky to have accepting parents who were supportive in the process of me starting T (meaning i only had to wait another year whilst getting assessed) and are paying for it, alongside the fact that i have money that i’ll be able to access next month that will likely entirely cover top surgery hopefully next year. the money for both these instances has been provided my family members who have passed away, and my mum admitted that we wouldn’t have been able to get me to start T without it, but i am also aware that my family is very financially stable and so have been able to help my transition. now the problem is, i feel inexplicably guilty because of my good fortune, to the point where i don’t want to talk about things like T with people in unsupportive situations, my own boyfriend is suffering so bad with a terrible family and here i am able to access testosterone and likely get top surgery before he’s even able to start? i just feel so disgusting and evil all the time as my situation just rubs it in everyone’s face that i have been able to transition because of money. he tries not to show it but there’s no way in hell he doesn’t resent me for this, it’s just not fair and i want to be able to help everyone at all times, i don’t think i deserve any of this good stuff, people need help like ive had more than me and it hurts so much i cry.

i don’t know if anyone will even be able to relate to this but i don’t feel like i can talk about it to people around me because why would i complain about something good? im not trying to make anyone feel bad and all i ever want to do is help, so how do i get over the guilt that i have ruined everyone’s lives and are throwing it all away, as instilled into me by an old friend when i came out.
