Just talking about my thoughts as an ex-Hazbin Hater.

I used to be a hazbin hater (I actually didn't hate the show, I just liked hopping onto hate trains. I like watching people complain and since I didn't have any strong attachments to any of Viv's work I thought it would be good background noise. The criticism seemed fair enough anyway.) and honestly I did agree with some of what they said. I do personally agree that characters like Striker are not very good anymore.

But as of recent, the criticism has just been in such bad faith, nitpick after nitpick or culture war related bs, I actually liked the newest helluva boss short.

But the critics were just so nasty about it. Especially this one reviewer that acted like the comedy of Blitzo being angry about the driver is pinacle of lazy humor, how horrible that type of humor is, its a failing on the entire series, they went on and on, genuinely sounding upset and honestly it felt so personal. Like if this was any other show they wouldn't be this nasty. Oh and don't get started on the pearl clutching about the incest joke at the end.

It's a dark comedy show, were you expecting sunshine and rainbows??? If this was any other dark humor show people would rolled their eyes or laughed along, but now its Vivziepop has a secret incest fetish or whatever (To be completely fair the creator's of Rick and Morty got this accusation too but Rick and Morty has way more examples of incest and is way more graphic.)

I don't really care about Helluva Boss (Mainly cause of the romance, I do not like romance as a genre), but goodness.
