Urticaria- Nerve Pain Relief

I'm experiencing a lot of nerve pain and tingling and swelling in my hands/feet from my urticaira flare ups.

Also, toothpaste suggestions if you have them. Mine is buring my mouth and I'm having a bad reaction to it.

What do you guys use or do to help relieve it.

I'm hot/cold reactive so those things make it worse not better. I tried a few lotions with disterous results.
