Should I stay friends with a backstabber or not?

So a really close friend of mine slept with her male best friend and he has a person. What do I do? She is the closest friend I have but I can't stand knowing an innocent girl that will probably never even learn she got backstabbed was treated this way. Should I still stay friends with her omg I'm so torn what do I do?
