Guys really Need your advice , is it right decision that im taking ?

So im 23 m dealing with mpb and i posted my picture of hair thinning and asked you guys to give me advice what to do as my dr suggested me to get ht and Most of the people on that post said that i should be on min fin at-least for a year before going for ht but this hair condition is affecting me so much as its been a year i did not go to college and also avoiding to go outside . Whenever i go out i wear cap . Literally i dont have confidence to even sit under a light as i fear that my scalp will be visible . I know i might be sounding foolish to you but it is what it is and m being honest . That is the reason im thinking to get ht asap to gain my confidence back and to live life without worrying about looks . As these are the prime years of my life if i dont live it to the fullest by thinking of the future than whats the point . I really want to hear all the suggestion that you guys have . am i thinking right or it is bad decision . Lets say if i get transplant of hair now with 4k grafts as dr suggested and i will take fin after ht will i get good result and can maintain the result atleast for 10 or 15 years ? And in my thirties i will probably think about the second ? Do my donor area look healthy ? Please see my previous post to see the picutres
