Teleported from Esim Dark Star to Psim Warp lost mobile data on Pixel 6a

Moved 5 phones to USMobile last week. Originally ordered 4 Psims as one Pixel 6a used an esim. All the Psims went well but had an issue with the Pixel and the Esim. It would only work with Darkstar. CS advised to switch to Psim. Got Psim and teleported to Warp this weekend. Everything is working well except NO mobile data. I do not have this phone in front of me at the moment as it is used by my partner about 20 miles away. He spent over an hour with CS this morning trying to get it to work. is not the most technical savvy person so he is bringing me the phone this afternoon to see what I can do. I remember when we teleported it I had to check certain boxes on the phone to tell it which sim to use for various functions as I tried them but I did not try mobile data since it was connected to our wifi in my office. Anything special about the pixel 6a that I need to do when it get's here?
