Masters in design innovation (MDI) or Masters in design technology (MDT) Which course is better in Victoria University Wellington?

I want to pursue master in animation in New Zealand. I came across these 2 degrees so now I'm a bit confused with what to choose. I want to go for animation and direction and I'm not that interested in VFX.
