Can a monetary judgment from Oklahoma be enforced in Texas

Elementary school friend of mine from 20 years ago finds himself in a position where there will probably be about a $75,000 judgment against him in Oklahoma, he lives in Texas, has no assets in Oklahoma. Has had all of his cash taken by him by two different attorneys in Oklahoma that haven’t helped him at all, at this point time he simply doesn’t have the money to fight this. Is wondering, can that judgment be enforced across state lines in Texas?
